Le Mont
Saint-Michel with 3 millions of visitors per year is sure to be one the most
popular destination in France after Paris and Disneyland. It’s difficult to
imagine that during summer the number of tourists visiting this place can go up to 20000 per day.
Being
there once, I can’t believe that this number is real since the whole island is just 100 hectares in size and the streets are so narrow, but well let’s follow statistics.I visited le Mont Saint-Michel during my trip to Normandy and liked a lot this place. It was
a pleasure to walk around the streets full of history, and to admire
the sunset in the evening.
