I was lucky to be invited to the International Confectionery Art Competition and world bakery trade show held in Paris from 8th to 12th of March 2014. It is the ideal place for those who want to discover the latest trends of the bakery and confectionery business or just to try delicious chocolates, pastry and french macarons.
